Samsung Electronics has unveiled a complete redesign of Samsung Newsroom, its official online communications channel — transforming it into a visually driven platform centered on video, graphics and other types of media.
The revamp aligns with shifting communication trends, reshaping the user experience around images and video to enhance message clarity and impact. Through this transformation, Samsung Newsroom has evolved into a dynamic space for both seeing and hearing Samsung stories. The redesign also incorporates AI and other advanced technologies to make company and product news more accessible, intuitive and engaging.
A More Immersive and Intuitive Multimedia Experience
The main page has been refined with a more expansive featured content carousel at the top, highlighting key stories in a horizontal slideshow with a variety of multimedia, including videos and shorts. The dynamic new layout lets users conveniently browse content by theme and view related topics together, while videos can be played directly without additional clicks. Hovering over each item on the carousel also reveals a brief text summary for quick insight.
Another notable improvement is the seamless adaptation of visual content for an optimized viewing experience across smartphones, tablets and PCs.
Simplified, All-in-One Access to Media Resources

In addition, Samsung Newsroom now offers a dedicated media service that brings a wide range of resources together in one place. The main page includes content filters for feature articles and press releases, as well as local news from Samsung’s regional offices worldwide.
It also features a new “Press Tools” quick menu that consolidates assets often used by the press.

An enhanced download function, meanwhile, allows high-resolution images, videos and even the full text of the article to be saved with a single click, improving usability.
In line with the AI era, the updated platform introduces innovative new technologies as well. Each article now features an AI-powered summary to help users quickly grasp key points.
Smarter Search for Faster, More Accurate Results
To support more accurate information retrieval, the search function has been significantly upgraded. New features such as tag-based and image-based search allow users to explore a broader range of content tailored to their needs. Auto-suggestions, keyword highlighting and flexible sorting by “Latest” or “Title” further streamline the experience, making it easier to find the right content.
Building on a decade of expertise since being launched in 2015, Samsung Newsroom is now entering a new chapter as a future-ready platform delivering tailored news to both consumers and media professionals.
The redesign marks the beginning of a broader transformation. Looking ahead, Samsung will continue to deepen its connection with consumers and the media by delivering impactful stories about the company, its products and its technologies in new, differentiated ways.
